Enclosure Configurations

Desktop monitors typically have plastic enclosures, with aesthetics the primary concern since the monitor is completely exposed. The Elo desktop models are additionally "designed for touch," with important features such as a base which keeps the display stable when touched. (Compare with some desktop monitors integrated with touch which may wobble unacceptably, and not be properly re-approved with required agency certifications.)
