Our Technical Services and Custom Configuration department provides a phone support team that is trained and ready to help VARs with installation and technical concerns throughout North America.
Our Custom Configuration team members are experts at hardware configuration and ship the exact product you need, exactly when you need it. The cost for system integration services is minimal, so call your Account Executive for a quote!
Hardware Integration Services:
Designed to take the work out of large and small projects, BlueStar's hardware configuration technicians can pre-integrate many parts of a POS, AIDC, or RFID system, to make installations more efficient.
Software Integration Services:
BlueStar's Software Integration Services are designed to help VARs serve their customers more efficiently. BlueStar technicians can preload software onto All-in-One POS, PC, and hand-held computers, allowing VARs to install "plug-and-play" systems for their end-user customers.

BlueStar is an Authorized Repair Center for the following manufacturers: Star Micronics, Sato, PartnerTech, Epson.
