Datamax-O'Neil considers its products subject to U.S. export control laws and economic sanctions. At this time, Datamax-O'Neil prohibits its distributors and partners from re-exporting its products to Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea and Burma (Myanmar).

In addition, Datamax-O'Neil and its distributors and partners must comply with all applicable export control laws, restrictions, and regulations of the United States and all other countries, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Distributors and partners shall not export, import, re-export, divert or transfer (directly or indirectly) any Products or Confidential Information of Datamax-O'Neil, software or other materials to any destination, person or entity restricted or prohibited by such export controls.

Datamax-O'Neil and its distributors and partners are obligated to comply with these restrictions.

In the event that a distributor or partner violates these restrictions, Datamax-O'Neil may rightfully discontinue all further sales of Datamax-O'Neil products to them. In addition, any Datamax-O'Neil product sold or re-exported in violation of these restrictions will not be covered by Datamax-O'Neil's product warranty.
