Program Overview
Intermec is proud to offer the Top Runner Program to Intermec PartnerNet Members through our North
American Distribution partners; BlueStar, Ingram Micro and ScanSource.
The purpose of this program is to evolve our current PartnerNet Program and Price Model by improving
on core elements of our PartnerNet Channel Strategy. We have three complimentary goals with this
program:
1) To eliminate much of the administrative burden we share in the 2-tier selling processes.
2) To drive incremental top-line revenue by enabling our VAR Partners to more aggressively go after
smaller customers and deals in the mid-market.
3) To drive improved focus and profit opportunity within our Channel partner network.
Top Runner configurations were chosen based on historical volumes and are Intermec's most popular
selling models. Top Runner SKU's have been initially chosen in four mobile computer product families;
CK3, CS40, CN50 and CK71.
It is our intention that Price Exceptions will be a rare occurrence with Top Runner SKU's, but we will
entertain high volume, competitive response requests via our standard PE processes. Price Exceptions
on Top Runner SKU's are subject to approval by the Senior Vice President, Global Sales.
Project Registration discounts remain fully intact and are not affected by the Top Runner Program. For

This program is available exclusively through our North American Distribution Partners; BlueStar, Ingram
Micro and ScanSource.
Distributors with existing inventory on hand as of 3/1/11, will be eligible for price protection via Intermec's
Price Protection policy. Please refer to your distribution contract for further details.
The program will run 3/1/11 through 9/1/11, with the potential to be extended or modified at Intermec's
sole discretion.
