Zebra has introduced a patent-pending new way for shipping departments to save substantial time when printing and applying packing slips. It's the Z-Slip packing slip solution—consisting of our new Z-Slip packing slip label with integrated, peel-and-stick sleeve and our 170XiIIIPlus™ high-performance wide-label thermal printer.

Printing and applying traditional packing slips is a labor-intensive process that devours an average of 40 seconds per package. It requires shipping-department employees to print a slip on a laser printer... fold the slip in half at least twice... slide the slip into the sleeve... remove the liner... and stick the sleeve onto the box.

With the Zebra all-in-one Z-Slip system, you can print, peel, and apply in just 11 seconds!

DTL4060P4 is a high-quality 4" x 6" direct thermal paper label for use with Zebra and Datamax desktop printers. The labels are perforated and come 250 per roll. Material Specifications:

Facestock: A smooth white direct thermal paper with a medium sensitivity topcoat.

Adhesive: A general purpose permanent adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to corrugated and superior adhesion to plastics. Offers excellent initial tack without sacrificing high-speed printing.

Application Temperature: (+25° F)

Service Temperature: (-65° F) to (+200° F)
