T-Mobile Steps for Registration and Activation

 

  1. Start the registration process as soon as possible to prevent any delays.
  2. To get the registration and activation process started fill out the "T-Mobile Corporate Order Form" fields highlighted in blue on page 1:
    1. "Business Account Information" section. 
    2. Activation Type: Check (New) if this is a new relationship with T-Mobile or Check (Add On) if adding to an existing T-Mobile relationship. 
    3. Under the "Services and Features" section the following fields need to filled out:
      1. "Preferred Area Code" provide the area code desired. If more than one area code is involved place quantity associated with each area code.
      2. "Fixed Terms in Months", whether you are looking to a 1 or 2 year plan.
    4. "Equipment" section put in the model numbers of the mobile device and the quantity for each device.
  3. Provide information concerning opportunity including:
    1. Reseller (Contact and Contact's email and phone)
    2. Type of application
  4. Email "T-Mobile Corporate Order Form" and Reseller information to activations@bluestarinc.com
  5. Fill out "BlueStar Mobility Opportunity Checklist"
    1. This is optional but would be appreciated to help learn more about the opportunity. Have reseller fill this out. If they need assistance or have questions contact Randy Smith x3277 or email BlueStar Mobility Team.
  6. The BlueStar Activation Team will call T-Mobile Business Credit Team. T- Mobile Business Credit Team will perform check on the end user using their Tax ID. 
  7. There could be a conference call between T-Mobile, Reseller, and BlueStar to discuss opportunity and determine the best voice/data plan.
  8. Once rate plan has been agreed on activation information will be exchanged between T-Mobile and BlueStar.
    1. After voice/data plan has been determined the "T-Mobile Corporate Order Form" will need to be signed and emailed to activations@bluestarinc.com
  9. Insure the following line items are on the sales order:
    1. CUSTOM_CONFIG 
    2. ACTIVATION SETUP 
    3. M2M SIM-TMOBILE
    4. ACR-RW-xxxx (T-Mobile Activation Commission, $xx.xx per unit). BlueStar Sales Reps will have this information. 
  10. BlueStar will activate, test, and ship the devices.

 

VAR Commission Chart:

* Note - This grid is to be used as a guideline for expected commissions.

For Example if Rate Plan used is $39.99 a month for a 2 year contract and 25 devices were activated then rebate value for the Reseller would be $85 a device.
